I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. My most recent hearing, I requested full custody and she told me “that would be too long of a process” so I actually ended up leaving the hearing with the same amount of custody I had prior. I requested a court hearing (modification) in October of last year and it is now March. I then requested a refund in December of last year, I still have yet to receive it. Do not go to her if you need something done quickly. Everytime I called it was a new excuse from the front desk (Cheryl), Whether she was out of office, sick with Covid, or that she will “get back to me”. Go to someone else if you don’t want your time wasted!!

I hired Ms Barrasse to explain the legalese of the trust my father set up for my sisters and me as an inheritance upon his passing. She arrived at our phone appointment without previously reading the trust, wasting both of our time yet billing $250/hour. She said she would follow up with her findings within a month and never did. Never returned any of my many calls and emails. After I sent a letter voicing my disappointment, she did eventually return my trust papers and refunded the fees charged, which shows character. It would have been better had she just let me know from the start she didn't have time to help us though.

Nancy took care of my will and is very caring and professional. I would totally recommend her.
