In fact, Mr . Needham committed Professional MALPRACTICE, while mediating my case (2015). His negligence and lack of knowledge of the law, has caused months of time delays, aggravation, and tens of thousands of dollars to re-litigate an issue, that should have been settled during mediation (which Needham mediated).nnAccording to Mr. Needhams Legal Website page, Mr. Needham has been a practicing attorney in the Medical Malpractice field, for over 40 years. Therefore, the MALPRACTICE Mr. Needham committed while acting as a mediator on my case, is inexcusable.nnIt is also my belief Mr. Needham violated privilege.nnFor the reasons listed above, i would NOT recommend Mr. Needham's mediation services.
