I used Neal for mediation with my attorney who recommended him. He was very professional and meditated with both sides getting me a fair deal. I felt comfortable leaving meditation after 6+hours. However, nothing was ever signed or brought up about signing off on the deal in mediation. I did not know this being my first time. After mediation the defending party added so many impractical and dishonorable stipulations to the contract. I refused to sign it based on none of the stipulations were brought up in mediation. I had to now mediate another contract of stipulations myself after paying 4k for professional mediation. I reached out to Neal and he said he couldn’t talk with me, I had to reach out to my attorney to acquire his services again if needed, which meant more $$. Point of this whole review “get a signature from both mediating parties agreeing on contract language before close of mediation” !! Disappointed in both the mediator and my attorney for not suggesting this.

I have called upon Mr. Flaxman to mediate on at least several dozen of my cases during the last ten years. I have used Mr. Flaxman's services on both the plaintiff and defense side.
