This is the second time I hired Joseph Nery. The first time was six years ago for the purchase of my townhouse. And again this year for the sale of my townhouse and purchase of my new home. I am extremely pleased with the service provided. Down to closing day, Joseph was very professional and detailed. Must give a special shout out and thank you to Isley Nery. You won't be disappointed.

This office is unprofessional when it comes to handling their clients business. My Fiancé and I was in the process of buying a home from the people they were representing. Throughout the entire process it was late responses to questions we had and at the end we ended up being without a home. To begin, we found out their clients had liens on their home, but they were sure we were able to close on this home (the attorney responded stating that they clients would even bring money to the table to close on the home if need be). We continued the process because they were sure we could close on the property. We paid for everything (inspection, Appraisal, etc). We were selling our house and buying home at the same time. Now we are without a home and we lost out on a lot of money with the entire process in trying to buy a home they knew we wouldn’t be able to close on. We found out the week of our closing date that they pulled out of the deal. Through the entire process it was late responses, but when we asked to get Reimbursed for the money we put in, they responded right away saying no. They should’ve been upfront with us at the beginning. We wasted time and money.

I hired Joseph Nery for the closing on my property that took place on January 24, 2018. Joe Nery was very professional and made the closing go smoothly as he explained every document before I signed it. I could not be more pleased with Joe's professionalism and articulate explanation throughout the closing. I would definitely use his services again.
