Unprofessional and Disrespectful I had a terrible experience with Catherine Scott while inquiring about a family member’s case. Not only was she unprofessional, but she was also unnecessarily sassy and condescending throughout our conversation. I expected someone handling juvenile cases to be compassionate and understanding, but instead, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of basic courtesy. It was difficult to get clear answers, and Catherine Scott seemed more interested in cutting me off and being rude rather than providing helpful information. If you’re looking for a lawyer who actually respects you and takes your concerns seriously, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The icing on the cake was when she didn’t even know Name or the Contact information for the MOTHER of the juvenile she was meant to represent! What kind of show are these people running? BFFR

All of the stars because 5 isn't enough. I have been involved in a juvenile court case for a year and had Ms. Nicole Facio court appointed to me. Long story short my son's mother caused the case so I gained temporary primary care of my son. If you aren't aware, court appointed attorneys are a lot more miss than they are hit. Ms. Facio has been a homerun. Not only in my opinion but the opinion of everyone involved in the case, the child is better off under my care and Ms. Facio has done everything possible to show proof of this fact. She's fantastic at communicating whenever their is a concern. She holds all parties involved with the case accountable for their actions and reporting. I could go on and on about how her services are top tier and how I couldn't have got luckier getting her. I am very happy with her performance both in and out of the courtroom. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this law firm and Ms. Facio in particular for any of your legal needs.

This is a law firm that responds to no issues even as old client they just bought out from Newbrough. Expensive, secretive - do not bring anything to them. "Response from the owner 2 weeks ago While we are prevented by the rules of ethics from disclosing publicly matters in which you were involved, suffice it to say that our attorneys and staff have followed legal and ethical duties imposed on us to to our "old client," which, importantly, was not you. We regret that you feel it necessary to disparage our firm when you personally have not been a client of the firm. Yes, we do protect our clients and their confidences." That should supply sufficient response to you all. There are many, many attorneys available in that region. So you all know, I own more than 1/10th of a family farm corp, as do some of the other owners, with a critical exception of an entity owning a third, an open estate of more than 5 years. Newbrough, now NewPointe through recent merger, has been the corp attorney for almost 10 years. Same actual attorney. All available knowledge. No resolution regarding the shares, no response to questions other than to the Estate heirs. I pay part of the attorney's fees as do all of us. I am not disparaging the firm but agreeing with other experiences and adding my experience.

Hired a lawyer for an employment law case. He took a month to write a demand letter after he said my case fell threw the crack and forgot so after an extended period of time to send an email he send it to the defense but didn’t tell me there was a response. I tried calling, emailing and went in person because my lawyer wasn’t responding to anything for almost two months and eventually he said he wasn’t capable of handling my case. After another six months and thousand more dollars with a new law firm I find out my lawyer at Newbrough law firm never informed my of the defenses response and when I called them because this was a huge problem that harmed my case they will do nothing about it. Newbrough law firm is full of incompetent lawyer who lack any ethics or duty to their clients
