Newland and Associates hold the mortgage for a property in my neighborhood. They have been contacted several times in regards to the deterioration of the property with no results. The property in question is overgrown with weeds. Additionally, the property has become a breeding ground for rodents, snakes, and scorpions. In a neighborhood full of families with small children we are seeking a resolution. Please enforce the terms of your mortgage and require the owner to remedy this gross negligence!
