I had the service of this firm in February of 2020 for filling the application for my citizenship. Almost 2 years has been passed, during those two years I used to asked them why I do not received any information from USCIS about the application? They used to respond that because of COVID everything is delayed. Sadly, for me I found that last month December 2021 when I visited them at their location that the application we filled together it was not send by them. Everything that they were saying about the delayed were lies. Now, To be more productive and positive to whoever who is planning to do something and need the service of lawyers, firms, and all try to stick in your personal issue to get the result one is pursuing. Professionals not always are reliable. I learned my lesson.
