Still contacting me after I set up payments and then secretly have a court date set without telling me and then charging me all the court fees on top of what I owe and still hounding me for more money to pay and never report it to credit bureau that it's paid, it's been months. I think the office would be much more useful as a parking lot than a "Business".

I called when I got a letter about a debt I owed from years ago that I hadn’t heard about or even knew who I was to pay. They were saying they would file a lawsuit against me because I hadn’t replied to attempts to contact me. I haven’t been contacted in I don’t even know how long about this debt, and again had no clue who to pay. Anyways I called…they asked what I could pay a month, and asked all about my bills and income….they asked what I’d be able to pay monthly and then told me what I said I could pay wasn’t an option and then told me I’d need to either pay the entire amount (when I had just said I couldn’t even pay anything towards it currently) or pay over 3x what I said I could pay a month. So now I have received a letter stating that I will pay that much each month and a confession of judgement that I’m supposed to sign and get notarized. That will be submitted if I don’t make my monthly payments…the payments 3x what I said I could pay (which even what I said I could do was kind of stretching my funds). Absolutely horrendous people if you ask me. I get I owe a debt but I also have a family to feed and house. I will make payments as I can for as much as I can. But they’re crazy to expect 3x what someone says they can pay.

I hope the company will listen. Your guidelines for your employees to sumbit settlements are too high for the age of the debts. I tried to settle a debt for nearly 70% of the amount owed. A 9 year old debt bought for pennies on the dollar. I am a stay at home mom and I don't need a bank account. I will be shutting it down and they will thus get 0%.

This company sent me a bill with stating there going to take me to Cort, never one time received anything about this prior to the bill... one time notice with a Cort threat who dose that.

Called me on bogus bill they said I owed. Bunch of Scammers
