The attorney is cool, except the secretaries. Rude as can be and what they fail to realize is that they are getting paid to do their work and deal with the customers. Little attitude problems, bad customer help.

I wanted to say that Hatch immigration Law Office has the greatest attorney. Jack speaks Spanish and that’s wonderful for all the Latino’s that don’t speak English. Very nice staff, very clean place, love the location, they are very professional and honest about the immigration case or situation. They are there to help you. I highly recommended this office.

They truly worked together as a team to provide a high quality service with a wonderful outcome for our family. We would not hesitate to use them again. Their prices are fair, appointments are easy to come by and they all respond in a very prompt and timely manner.

Not happy with the assistance. We took a consulting for immigration related visa and got very vague answers. There was no important information given that I didn't already know. The answers were pretty much on the lines of "either way is good pick one". Added no value to my decision making process.
