I gave Armand took 2300$ as a retainer.Of which may not be alot ti moar oeople but i had to take it out if my 401k for him.i left the money on file with him for years or so I thought . I assumed in escrow or wherever they put retainers for piece of mind, knowing if and when the shoe dropped and I got into trouble he would be there for me.I had a psychotic break .I was a wreck, borderline paranoud scitzoprink. I was referred by a friend who was a personal friend of is,for a Free consultation. When I after medications and counseling,therapy became sounder of mind ,regained control of my life became e a productive member of society again . Recently I reached out to him about My Retainer and he won't even give me the courtesy of a return phone call. I have contacted the Pa Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Judiciary Board.
