I had contacted Michael Wysocki and Melody Petit at O'Neil Wysocki law firm about a year ago regarding my divorce case. I had filed for divorce and withdrew my I-130 petition to sponsor my ex for adjustment of status to permanent residency in the United States. As a result, in efforts to either save the marriage (to gain permanent residency in the US) or take revenge (for me withdrawing my petition), I was dragged into court by my ex with false accusations of domestic violence. If domestic violence would have been proven in court by the opposing counsel, then immigration benefits could have been granted to my ex, who had previously received a deportation letter from USCIS. With Michael and Melody's hard work and dedication, along with my full cooperation, the false accusations were actually proven to be false in court. In fact, I didn't even have to pay any kind of alimony or attorney fee's requested by the opposing counsel. I just received my final divorce decree, all thanks to these two fantastic lawyers! They believed in me from the very beginning, which is important to build a strong case, and fought rigorously amidst the ever growing challenges.
