Paul Oertel has been our real estate attorney for going on 8 years now. He and Wendy are always very responsive and usually gets us in quick. We've dealt with others (not by choice) and he is definitely the best around!!!

We needed some assistance in establishing our LLC. Paul Koonts and his paralegal were excellent to work with! The process began with a meeting to address questions/concerns/etc. as Paul wanted to be sure we understood our options. The paperwork was handled expeditiously but thoroughly. We knew upfront what our costs were going to be so that made our financial planning easier. We were very pleased with the service we received and we will continue to use Oertel, Koonts & Oertel.

The greatest, you think, when is he gonna Do something, when all the time . Like God he's always working on your case there are only so many hrs n a day. All of a sudden, you walk in, you sign papers. He's a wonderful man, his staff, topnotch, so kind. Caring. There is no doubt you have Geoffrey Ortel on your side. So knowledgeable.!!!

David Stephens took over 75% of my deceased relative's money from his bank account. He was POA for about a month before my relative passed. He then was to turn in the final accounting within 60 days and it took him from April to October to finalize! I called & emailed him as well as my lawyer. He sat on this and then took majority of the money for himself and his law firm. It is disgraceful and inhumane. I am sure if more money would have been in his account he would have took it too. $7000.00 and all we got was $2000.00. Mind you he also did not pay out anything on our relative's behalf such as utilities, etc. I would not trust this man with anything. Also he lost the title to our relative's truck which is now causing an issue for us to obtain a new title. DO NOT USE HIM OR HIS LAWFIRM!
