The complaint form to be submitted on-line for violations of the no-call registry does not work. You cannot submit a complaint. This would certainly cut down the number of complaints you have to investigate. Not an effective service and not a good representation of this office.

I contacted the Kansas Attorney Generals Concealed Carry Department. I received excellent step by step instructions on accessing and moving about their website to change my concealed carry permit information. I was also informed if I moved back to Kansas while my permit was still valid, I could reinstate my permit using the same site. I feel providing this additional information spoke highly of the AG's staff to insure complete provision of details keeping their citizens, or in this case, ex-citizen fully informed! Thanks to the State of Kansas and the Kansas Attorney General's office for granting and allowing me to carry a concealed weapon in their great state!

The receptionist is ineffectual. She did not know who to transfer me to, said she had a list but did not know who they were/what they did.
