I am truly grateful to Redman Ludwig. I began with them for my bankruptcy last year March. Brandy Sears is the best. She stayed in constant contact with me and kept me informed of any changes or if there was any documentation I needed. And when I called or emailed her she responded immediately. They never treated me disrespectfully and helped me understand every process of my bankruptcy. When they tell you they will handle something they handle it and inform you of when it's done and I've never had to constantly stay on them because they do whatever needs to be done immediately. I have never been a fan of lawyers but Redman Ludwig's office lawyers and staff are exceptional. And being honest, they don't need a commercial to express how good they are. Jerry Smith was extremely helpful and thorough with us during this process. We went in not knowing what to expect and he and the paralegal made sure all of our questions were answered right away. We had several questions throughout the process and, it didn't matter when I contacted them, I always got an answer quickly. At one point after emailing a question I recieved a call within minutes, the paralegal called to answer the question and make sure I fully understood the answer.This firm made a scary situation feel like a walk in the park. This office made my experience that I was terrified about a walk in the park. My paralegal ALWAYS was on top of my phone calls and emails, answered all of my questions quickly! I am so thankful for an office full of amazing staff and who knows their clients needs and takes great care of us!
