I have been calling for the past 6 months due to them taking my state check, for some reason my social security number got mixed with someone else’s. Every time I call I am on hold for an hour and than transfer , last time I spoke to someone they said I should receive my check in 4-6 weeks I called today and it’s the same thing hold for an hour and then transfer when they took my money , why is it so quick for them to take my state check but it’s taking almost a year to get my state check I am very frustrated and upset! This situation has set me back so bad something needs to be done.
THEY PURPOSELY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DELAY YOU PAST THE DUE DATE WHERE NOTHING CAN BE DONE. This is criminal and something needs to be done. Once again they're stealing money with no explanation. Tried to call and straighten it out and they hung up on me, twice, simply for asking what the debt pertains to. I've verified identity at which point, they disconnected. I suspect this will continue until the day it's too late to fix.
I've called three times today. The first call transfered me without even saying anything and the other two wanted to put me on hold, then hung up. An hour and a half of my day. For nothing.
I've called 3 times about an "offset" letter. Today, the 3rd call, Bisi hung up on me! I'm beside myself. No one will help! They keep referring me to jfs. It's not unemployment! They are absolutely horrible! Can you request the an audio or transcript of the conversation? I think I'll just get an attorney. I feel it's the only solution. I'm devastated ????
Don't waste your life calling them. Was in hold for hours just for the disrespectful little girl that answered the phone to pretend like she couldn't hear me. Every time I spoke she would just so happen to have to restart her charade of saying can you hear me. I can't hear you. Then she threw me back on hold with a wait time of 57 more minutes.
