Older & Lundy Attorneys At LAW

So I don’t normally leave reviews but I just had to. This office has many amazing employees including Cindy for starters. However I must take the time to specially thank Mr. Lundy for his help with my divorce and enabling me to work with Courtney Koch! What a blessing she was! She went over and above to make sure I understood everything going on and checked in with me frequently. She didn’t have to do that! Divorce is hard and to know this wonderful lady and this office had my back was amazing. I highly recommend Older Lundy Koch and Martino. Just call them! What a weight that’s as lifted and not to mention swiftly! They really know how to get things done.

This firm was very helpful with my case. They were extremely knowledgeable and on the ball! Very responsive! Jennifer Meister was wonderful and a true advocate for me and my son. I felt lost and helpless before signing with Older Lundy Koch & Martino. It was amazing to feel the weight lifted off my shoulders knowing that I had Jennifer and the firm with me as I navigated through my case. I am very thankful and a proud momma.

I highly not recommend these people to ANYONE??KOSTER was the so call attorney for someone very close to me! Took him for over 16,000 DIDNT do A THING FOR HIS CASE then they cancel his services before his pre trial ?? He never got one dime of his money back?? When he first hired them he rarely heard ANYTHING from them??When he did it was “ Oh he had surgery.. Then basically backed out on him right before his pre trial?? Thankfully he found a EXTREMELY GREAT ATTORNEY THAT DID AN AMAZING JOB IN HIS CASE??I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE ??

I sold my business and the buyer was represented by OLK&M. Our closing date was set a month ahead of time and they were incredibly unprepared, despite several attempts from our attorney to ensure everything was ready. We didn’t receive our final closing documents until 4:30pm and they still needed to wire the money to our account, which didn’t happen. The following morning, I had to reach out to them regarding the missing funds. It was then that I learned their wiring process takes several people, and at least an hour (in reality it’s several hours), and involves several people at the firm to process, so I’m not sure why they thought they could get it done in 15-30 minutes on the closing day. I was told several times my funds will be deposited soon, just a few more minutes. It took almost a full 24 hours to complete this transaction. I do not recommend Jennifer Murphy and her assistant Egor. This has been a terrible experience and reflects poorly on the entire company. Completely unprepared, unprofessional, and very poor communication. The best part: after completely botching the closing, their client was charged thousands of dollars for them spending an extra day to fix their own screw up!

These people give you the heebie jeebies. Talked to several lawyers and staff, but none seemed to talk about what is right. Did not get good vibes.
