This law office will not answer the phone or even give you a call back

I cant get them to answer the phone or call me back to even begin to dicuss my situation.

I have used the firm for a multitude of things over the years. They are great at what they do and are excellent at staying efficient to create value throughout their billable hours. Both Compton Biddle and Kristen Johnstone have proven excellence to me. I would highly recommend either. The only reason that I am giving them 5 stars is because 6 stars is not available.

If I could give a 0, I would. My wife never received a bill that she owed any money to OPN law, nothing. All of a sudden, after moving to Christiansburg. We have a collections, and court hearing posted on the door. They've more than doubled what was apparently owed, will not answer phone calls, or emails. Mind you, before we even received the collection we have been using a debt relief program in which the account it was with prior to the collection was tied into our debt relief program. They seem like crooks to me. Avoid at all costs. If you cannot communicate, and make negotiations. You're an awful collections agency. A lot of people don't just have $1,200 lying around especially when things come up such as a box truck hitting me last Wednesday ????

We had Bonnie represent the closing of our mothers Estate home, she was phenomenal especially after dealing with the Probate Estate Home chaser/questionable realtor who made the process of selling the home painful with numerous false information. Bonnie was thoroughly, considerate, professional, understanding, clear, and compassionate. I wished we had her guidance at the beginning, would have alleviated the misinformation that came from the Realtor. Thank you Bonnie for everything!
