A real gentleman, very able to resolve complex cases by being able to knock sense into both opposing parties Very impressive
Very disappointed with Chuck. Was referred to Chuck due to the complexity of a case. Discussed the basics of the case over the phone and he gave some very promising answers. The next day I sent him a follow up email if he received my info and he called me right away. He said you need to be patient in a very firm tone. To me I was just confirming he received my email he requested. But afterwards he told me again my case was complex. He then contradicted everything he said on the first call with all the promising answers leaving uncertainty again. He asked for additional info by email and I provided it within 15 minutes. I also asked him if the numbers aligned and what his fees were. I wasn't expecting an answer right away but minutes later Chuck quickly contacted me stating I seem difficult to work with and he doesn't want to deal with the stress. All this because I asked if the numbers justified the case and what were his fees? Really? My personal opinion is if you're considering chuck as your attorney don't have questions or you should really keep looking. He's not compassionate or understanding that these cases cause a great deal of stress on the client and they will have questions. The way he handled everything was very disappointing from a referral.
Chuck is the worst possible lawyer you can hire. Cares zero about anyone only about the dollar he can make off of you! He has made me go thru hardship and confusion for over a months now. I will never recommend anyone to use there services. This guy is Satans Brother.
