Definitively recommend!!!! Such a beautiful hospital. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors they were all amazing and kind and supportive. I didn't have my planned doctor delivering my daughter but it was such a great experience. I had recently moved to the state and I wasn't sure of the hospital at first because I didn't have anyone to tell me yes it's a good hospital or no its horrible. But from the moment I was rolled in it was such a great experience I would love to have my next child born there!!

I've been staying with my daughter here for 3 weeks and everyone has been incredibly helpful, welcoming, caring, thoughtful and have become nearly like family. Thank you 5th floor and all the guards that were a huge comfort and help getting through this difficult time. Oh and I stopped to watch "Gary" get safely across the crosswalk ????????

About 8 years ago we had a Granddaughter whom was in the Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando Florida. We were so thankful for their professional yet personal service with Us . We appreciated you all more than you know! My Sons Daughter , passed away since and We know the stress and sadness of when you are in a situation of your Grandchild or Child going to heaven before you do, that all you need is more stress . Thank You Winnie Palmer Children's Hospital for being kind and understanding to Us all during a sad and trying time. Please pray for My Son as He still has a very difficult time during the day of her passing as she went to be with JESUS in Heaven on His Birthday . A very bittersweet day for him still. I am blessed to have been able to go and be with her during Her time here on Earth as I live out of state from Florida . I’m sorry it’s taking so much time to write this review , but seems time has no healing for a loved one and especially a child whom goes to be with our Lord before you do . Everyday I do think about her and what she would look like today and how she would have been a blessing to this world , but everyday I know She was a fighter and a blessing to our Family for the short time we were blessed to be with Her. Thank you again for the service you do for the Children and their families. ?????????? .

My delivery was amazing here! I loved the staff but the billing department is GARBAGE!!! I delivered my son Jan. 22nd and they were supposed to bill the Orlando VA but they have continued to send the bill to ME! Even after repeated attempts to the hospital, phone calls, and them saying “we have billed the Orlando Va on your behalf” here we are in JULY and now they have sent the bill to collections saying that I owe them! I have called the VA and they said that they have sent the payment. I am a disabled veteran and I do not owe them a penny but now they are trying to mess with my credit! Worst billing department EVER! Shame on you guys.

I had my daughter here last week, Just wanted to say the staff was incredible! I had preeclampsia and had to be induced at 36 weeks. They save my life! Only suggestion for improvement would be for the anesthesiologist department. My epidural fell out, The ansethsiologist wouldn't look to see what the problem and was screaming at me Finally I had another one come and she found out it fell. I had to get another epidural, Other than that stay was great and staff was wonderful. They really try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you!
