Good luck trying to get answers out of these people . I was surprised to receive a call from a close family friend that I had been called as a witness on a dissolution of marriage with dependents case. The office has not served me so I have called the attorney multiple tries to get answers. We live almost 3hrs away and my husband is in a wheelchair, some people can not travel. Our depo is Sept 3rd and today is 8/27 still not served or called back ! But of course it will be my fault if we don't show. EDITED since it won't let me reply . I have yet to be served. I have NEVER refused anything from anyone . You have my email address and have yet to send it to me that way either !!! You made the worst come out in me when you belittled me after you have yet to help or answer any of my questions FOR YOUR CLIENT !!! this is how you treat people that are supposed to be HELPING your clients . Good luck with that !!! I would never hire a team of unprofessional people like this. As per my huband being disabled zoom was never given as an option FYI .

Pamela Helton filed injunctions for myself and my children. Less than six months later she handled my divorce in another county. No where in my court file did she mention the permanent injunctions. She forced me to make my parenting plan with my abuser without our attorneys present. Turns out she is his sisters attorney and their dad paid her.

They took my money in 15 minutes just to say they can’t help me and gave me a number to call Very bad service ,unprofessional,and helpless

We met with Attorney Helton to have a new Will etc drawn up. We were very impressed with her and her staff. She is very knowledgeable, yet caring and friendly. She made us feel “like family” and took the time to listen and offer solutions to our concerns. She really exceeded our expectations and we want to personally THANK her and her staff for a fabulous experience.
