Mr. Colley and his staff worked so very hard on my behalf to achieve a win that otherwise looked grim and unpromising. After telling my twisted tale, Mr.Colley with a smile accepted the challenge, and a challenge it was. I watched the Master work his magic, I was completely impressed and satisfied with the outcome achieved by this well oiled machine. His staff is top notch and was very accommodating, I always felt welcome and was always treated like I was client number one. I highly recommend this law firm for anytime that you need a WINNER!

I clearly don't know where to begin in posting this review, however my experience with Mr. Colley was AWESOME!! I mainly appreciated the welcome experience and caring nature that was received from Mr. Colley and staff. The reception that I received from day 1 was beyond professional. I don't write reviews AT ALL, but it would be an injustice to not write a review on my experience. I personally want to say that Ms. Kim Sanchez and Ms. Patricia Perez whom were super helpful and professional from every phone call to email. Paul Colley is a bulldog. He is a phenomenal attorney. He took my tough, bungled case when others wouldn't touch it. He listened. He believed my interpretation of the limited facts we started with and worked through the distortions and misinformation from the other side to craft an indisputable case of negligence. During frustrating periods of almost daily exchange, he was a steady source of counsel, wisdom and experience. It took longer than either wanted but he successfully settled with multiple defendants, securing 15x what others had advised me to accept. Today, I am pleased to count him as a friend. We were involved in a horrible car accident where the party at fault had way too much to drink. Thankfully, we all survived the impact but we were left with a lot of medical bills and therapy following the event. At first, we thought we could trust the insurance company to secure our best interest, but shortly after the accident we received a call with a settlement agent trying to get us to agree to a minimal amount, promising that we would not seek further damages. Before I said anything I felt the need to seek counsel. We called several law firms in the Austin area. It wasn't until we spoke with Paul Colley, though, that we felt perfectly comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. I am in my mid 40s and I know that experience counts for a lot. There are a lot of young kids out there, claiming to know which end is up, but sitting down and looking these guys in the face, you know that the only thing they want is to settle your case for whatever they can get so that they get their share of the deal. It's a sad state of affairs, but nothing could be truer. nWhen we met with Paul, his focus was not on settlement but rather on understanding the circumstances of the accident. His staff gathered documents pertaining to the event and built a case that was later studied and carefully assessed by Paul himself, not an intern or a recent grad. nWe rested the case in his hands and we were kept abreast of developments as they became available. The end result was quite different than what it would have been, should I have accepted the ridiculous offer from the insurance company. We were awarded the payment of ALL of our medical bills, the restitution of our vehicle and a fair settlement for the time and suffering incurred by this reckless driver, that in my opinion should be behind bars for a good while. nIn short, we are very grateful for all the work Paul and his staff put forth in our behalf. We are grateful for the experience he brought to the table and his thorough knowledge of the system. If you have been a victim of an accident, don't try to deal with the insurance company yourself. Hire this man and let him do the heavy lifting for you. You'll fair far better with him on your side than alone.

I was injured in a motor vehicle accident last year and found Mr. Colley by searching on Google. I have to say, I am so glad that I found him!
