They are a class action law firm. And super, super picky about who they represent. They wouldn't take my case. Despite me having excessive proof of a company's wrong doing, because of something that was put on my background which was over 10 years old, outdated, and inaccurate showed, they wouldn't take me on as a client. They did not come out and say this, but sent me a letter the "law firm is not expressing an opinion on whether the case would prevail" and unable to represent me as a client. In the meantime, they have accepted clients for the particular case as it can be Googled (fyi) and also I was told by them they have other clients for this case. I was not one of the "chosen ones". They obviously only care about making millions not whether a person has been wronged by a company. No consumer has knowledge that old and falsely led records exist..which I do now. Thomas Rueters exist, but provides false information about people. And not only this, but I received an email about another possible class action case which again I have the pertinent documents. I replied to this email and even called. I never received a call back or email. So yes my pulled background (which was wrong) was used against me in deciding to represent me for 2 potential class action lawsuits.
