They have basically stole my daughters money. When she was about 15 she opened a bank account and of course there had to be an adult on the account also. Well fast forward 10 years...im getting sued by Genisis Health Club, which is a horrible company, and these ppl are their attorney. They put a leve on my account, my daughters account and my sons account. I told them time and time again my daughter had absolutely nothing to do with Genisis Health Club and that they are punishing her for being a responsible teen. Most of the people there will not give me a direct answer about my own case. Its up to the attorney to decide if they give the money back but to this day, 4 months later, they still have my daughters $1200. (My son had no money in his account. )
