Calling The office of Attorney General Consumer affairs was really disappointing. I am trying to get help filing a Opioid Death lawsuit for my late daughters 2 year old son. This Office of CONSUMER - AFFAIRS is a waste of tax dollars. The call was about 15 seconds before I was brushed off without so much as a referral or phone number to start this painful process. I gave 1 star because this site wouldn't give zero. This office should be much better.
I have contacted the district attorneys office about child abuse and wrongful doing to children and they have turned there backs and done nothing. The abuse still continues to this day and nothing gets done. I have documented letter from the the abuser coming clean . He came clean about what happened and the district attorney office in. New Castle Pa has don’t nothing yet . Can someone direct me to anyone that can help me with this before one of these children end up dead. These children have been exposed to drug overdoses and felons living with them. The Lawrence county county houses does nothing and theses attorneys here say I have to go in front of theses judges everyday. I can’t go against them. I’m wondering where the courts are for these poor children. I have letters and documented abuse. I m not sure why small towns don’t have to follow the laws set in place by the state to protect children. If I didn’t have proof I wouldn’t be writing this. I can sent copies of theses letters not only showing child abuse but purging and fraud.
One of the worst experiences I've had when paying off debt. Me and my girlfriend both owe college debt and have had our debt go through here. I miss one payment cause of lack of funds and they expected me to pay 5000 in a year. I had to talk with them to make it a year and a half at 375 dollars a month. Now my girlfriend is having issues with payments going through and calling the office takes 5+ calls to get in contact with anyone. Lazy, inconsiderate, and overall a waste of my tax dollars.
This office has been contacted numerous times & does not return calls. When you do speak with someone, it is like you are bothering them. The Atty. General doesn't have the courtesy to acknowledge an email, much less return with an answer. I guess Mr. Shapiro is just too busy suing Pres. Trump, while his constituents need help. Sad, when people need help.
very prompt return call and determined a questionable call I received was in fact a scam. very helpful. Also had prompt and concerned help from County Sheriff who checked things out and returned with info quickly. Thank you so much for your help it helped set my mind at ease....
