Catherine grasser wasn’t helpful Period. she didn’t give me no legal advice, I had to find out through my ex that I had a court date. She is so unprofessional
I called to get appointment with Mrs. Gasser today. Candace answered the phone. Took my name and phone number then she refused to set up appointment. I explained my situation. She was not listening me. She kept talking about my previous case. Said she will get back to me. Poor customer service. ???? I retained another attorney. Some people have no people skills or Customer service.
