Look, no one wants to find a lawyer. It is not awesome, and doing it, well, is daunting for those of us who aren't really accustomed to "legal" stuff. That said, I found myself in that spot. I connected with Greg Kirschenbaum, and he really changed my mind about lawyers (on most things). He was personable, as he took the time to listen and understand the annoying details of the situation and the nuances and things that I cared about. He represented my interests well and kept me informed and comfortable with the process and events. I don't have anything bad to say about my time as a client with Greg; it was quite the opposite. If, and I doubt it, but if I find myself in that situation again, or something akin, I would call Greg before anyone I know or could look up.

Laura Bellini made this process as smooth as possible. Hiring a lawyer is extremely daunting , however, Laura was empathetic to my situation and made sure I was in control of my own process. If I ever find myself in another situation where I need to hire a lawyer, I would definitely call Laura again. Thanks a million.

When I called even thought they advertise helping with discrimination and retaliation in the work place yet they refused to help said it was out of their scope. When I asked for criteria they refused to give it to me. I am being discriminated and retaliated against in my work place and this law firm is falsely advertising their services. The lawyer had the nerve to say these are they cases they take but refused to help me. I have ADA requirements that are being violated as well as retaliation due to a complaint I filed. Every time I go to HR to complain more retaliation. I am just giving people a heads up of my experience with this law firm. All people should be helped not just the ones who will make them rich even if my case might not be that big for them. The fact I am written up every time I expect management to abide by my accommodation is a violation of my rights. I picked this firm to look into because they advertise how great they are, fight for a person's rights, and get their clients lots of money for violations. However I was turned away without a reason other then in my case it is out of their scope even though it's exactly what they advertise they do. So disappointed with the treatment.
