Beware should you need any good faith credit account at closing... these people will NOT advocate for your best interest!! Just consider it completely gone regardless of the actual need!! They handled our paperwork for the closing fine but a big let down on protecting my interests work a less than honest home buyer that hired her friend to repair a leak that should have cost no more than a few hundred dollars and allowed her to charge me 5000 for repair. I was in desperate time with my husband on the way to closing on our new house and my son in a coma...hence the reason i signed the good faith with out actually seeing the damages in question.
Terrible customer service, lady on the phone not polite at all and they did not care to service me just no taking clients and hang up. They need CSR training
