Phillips and Cohen was amazing. My case took over 7 years from start to finish, and P&C was there with me to make it happen. My case was very complicated, but they understood it and were able to explain it so that even the most obscure facts were clear and compelling. I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism and skillset.

They are only interested in cases in which they don't have to do any work. Basically they want you to have it on a platter for them so that they can just collect on the work that you've done. They took very little time to review my case. They basically asked me if I knew that the company was cutting a check to the IRS. After I told them know they had no interest in my case. I'd look at another firm who is willing to do some work. In fact they never even called me back after I submitted them all of the information. They just sent me a generic e-mail.

I highly recommend Matthew Smith. I did not feel rushed when discussing my potential case with him and he went out of his way to prepare me with the tools needed to attain the remedies I was seeking. You can tell the integrity of an attorney when, even though they know your case isn't the best fit for one they will officially take on so there's no profit incentive for them, yet they still go out of their way to be helpful. It really is the little things that count and I know how precious time is. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. If you are looking to work with P&C, request him if you can!
