Things started out well, but sadly went downhill. If you hire Chernoff, you need to conduct an audit of their billing. Expect a lot of bills and little results. Caveat Emptor. (Buyer Beware) .

Still in litigation, not happy with the way things are going, there is a definite lack of communication as far as keeping the client informed of current positions and future intent.
