Waste of money! I thought I was doing the correct thing with hiring an attorney. I assumed since I hired him to do all the paperwork and guide me in the right direction I would be in good hands. I was WRONG. He didn’t defend my case to the prosecutor, I studied case law and defended myself since he didn’t have the time to invest in my case. It doesn’t end there, in the process of my bankruptcy he didn’t reaffirm my home loan. The one reason I filed was because I could keep my home. Now I make payments on my mortgage and get no credit. Thanks for nothing Joe.

Worked with Joe Skokan who was great to deal with. Good communications and good results. We appreciate the work he did. The only negative was that he (Skokan) couldn't be at the actual court proceeding to represent us and sent someone else that we didn't know. Even though Skokan was supposed to be there and we expected him, he did send someone knowledgeable and capable and it still went well.

My attorney was the best around urlich was who i had and he kept in contact with me and explained everything in simple matter and drove to meet me 2.5 hrs for a meeting i will definitely refer him to anyone around
