Pinkham & Associates, A P.L.C.

These guys are incredible!!! After contacting a dozen firms in the San Jose area I had discovered that with out large sums of money I could learn very little about a divorce. I stumbled upon a video done by Pinkham and associates that opened my eyes. Without the request of a single dollar David Pinkham answered his phone early in the morning and spent time to give me clear and concise information about starting the process. This man obviously cares about people. Thank you David! I would recommend you to my closest friends and family.

My ex is trying to accuse me of neglect and abuse. Simply because he does not want me to leave him. Of course most people say represent yourself and save. I said no, I will search and find the best attorney. I believe I did. Doug, I must say I was a wreck before meeting with you on the phone and in person but now I am at ease. He knows the law, gave me a great deal, puts you at ease, is clear and precise. So far, so good will definitely update as my case is just beginning.

Everyone in the office worked hard for me and I felt comfortable with communication even though I live out of state. In an age where fathers seem to fall from grace with custody battles, I couldn't believe that the outcome was 100% in my favor. Allen's ability to articulate my case was perfect. I just posted this on yelp but wanted to make sure everyone sees it on Google as well to ensure people understand the level and quality of service by Doug Pinkham. I can't recommend Doug enough. I talked to Doug over the phone 4:30pm on June 26 and needed Doug to review a legal document ASAP. I am moving away this weekend and my ex wife and her lawyer are on slow mode. Doug reviewed my document that night and debriefed me at 9pm with his expert advice. You will not get any better service than that!!! Most lawyers in Marin California work 9-5. I also wanted to say that Doug reviewed my documents and provided expert advice BEFORE I even paid him, which I am happily doing this morning.
