Posted by Jose November 19, 2023 First and foremost, I want to thank this wonderful amazing Attorney Gal Pissetzky who has taken my case. Over the approximately last 2 1/2 years I have the pleasure to be represented by Gal and his lawfirm. Never was there a point at anytime that I felt a need to question his judgement as to the direction of my case. I was given, in my opinion, the best possible representation, counsel and direction. I was always informed as to the progression and position of my case in a timely manner. Gal thank you for doing what God has sent you to do, great job. Ultimately my case was settled agreeably in my favor. WE WON YOU WON. In closing I want to extend my thanks to Jennifer Snyder and Gal for handling my case professionally and with the utmost integrity. I highly recommend this lawfirm to handle your case, your mom's or whoever is looking for the best attorney's out there. Again thank you Gal your the best.
Edit#3: “because it is not worth arguing…..” and yet he edited his response several times, delete and repost at mid night and few hrs ago. “simply loves to blame others for his mistakes” this is google review and I was posting my own experience, I came to my conclusion based on several paid consultation. when many other professionals said the same thing, I tend to believe them. “If anyone wants to read the transcripts from the trial” the script cost $700+ if anyone wants to read, go ahead. Mr. Pissetaky, u simply didn’t like my review and went ahead post lots of my case detail(some detail wasn’t mentioned in court) without my consent (public record but still took tons of effort to obtain), I don’t think that’s professional. Edit#2: he updated his reply after my edit#1, he probably realized he violated the duty of confidentiality? And took out some details of my case. Anyways, his original respond was online for serval hours and I took the screen shots, might file a complaint with the IARDC. Again people, this just show you what kind of lawyer he is, think twice before hire him(again, I’m not saying you shouldn’t hire him, just think twice). Edit#1: I am writing this after he replied to my original review. His statement says alot about his view of my case. He not only assumed his client was guilty from the beginning but also put his client on blast when they post their honest review (breached attorney client privilege maybe?) ——— For those who got the desired outcome from his service, I’m happy for you; however, here’s my experience. Before this incident, I was your typical 9-5 average joe with 100% clean criminal record. Unfortunately, I’ve got myself into some federal charges, allegedly. I had zero knowledge about how legal stuff works so I was searching online for a lawyer fit for my need at that moment, that’s how I came across Gal. The initial interaction with Gal was pretty good. He sounded nice and calm, answered all my questions, therefore, that gave me a lot of confidence. I paid $10K to retain him. Later on I was arrested and Gal got me out the same day. He is not cheap, I paid him $100k (in full) for his service. Then, the legal system took its time, after 2 years of waiting (I had my trial date pushed back by the judge once), my trial date was coming up and we were talking strategies. He basically told me that he got this, there’s nothing I need to worry about, his partner and him will do ALL the talking. I was like, that’s great, one less thing for me to worry about. During the meeting, he asked me for additional $20k (I paid that in full shortly after he asked, on top of the $100k I already paid him) for the “investigation on witness”. I wasn’t happy about the last minute extra charge but I was desperate and I don’t want him to worry about my ability to pay the legal fees. I had my very short trial, I lost my case. I get it, even Michael Jordan couldn’t win every single NBA games, but the “HOW u lost the game” part bothers me. Did you give all you got till the last minute? or you lost the game due to the lack of preparation/not enough time and overconfident? A week before my trial, he asked court to push back my trial date for like a week due to his schedule conflict. I saw his iPad calendar from few feet away, and his schedule was PACKED. After I lost the trial, I did several PAID consultation with different attorneys, they all said It looked like not enough time was spend on my case and there were lots of other ways he could make the argument much stronger but he didn’t (i’m sorry, I have to be vague here in order not to reveal too much information in public about my case) Just to clarify, IMO, he might not be a bad lawyer but he has certain area of the law (like drug or gun charges) he’s good at and certain area he’s not (like “white collar” stuff). This whole experience for me was like paying the price of a brand new Ferrari and getting a beat up used Prius. Maybe I’m just unlucky that I made the wrong choice to go with him. If i can go back in time, I would chose someone else.
Gal and his team helped me negotiate an agreement with the federal government. I was overwhelmed but his knowledge of how the system worked was comforting. He calmly and systematically attacked my problem and got me the result I wanted. His experience and ability to navigate both civil and criminal matters is what I really needed. and almost impossible to find. I was lucky to have him fighting for me.
My nephew was looking for some legal service and I came across this. We cant have our lawyer throw a tantrum and telling our business online just because a review. He went with other guy now. Mr. Zaho was doing lords work.
What price do you place on Freedom? Gal Pissetzky and Jennifer Snyder were a dynamic powerhouse in the courtroom. Their dense knowledge of the law allowed them to litigate every possible angle when cross-examining witnesses on the stand and, in doing so, identified inconsistencies in witness and police statements. Furthermore, they were able to use such inconsistencies to discredit witnesses from the prosecution and solidify our son’s credibility. Moreso, they were able to strategize ahead of time in order to determine the best course of action and remain steps ahead of the prosecution. Finally, Gal’s closing statement was a legal masterpiece. He addressed the jury for about an hour, taking care to identify every possible point on which the prosecution had failed to support their case, while highlighting all the proof supporting our son’s innocence. Gal demonstrated that this was not just another case in his portfolio. He honestly cared for our son and gained his freedom. When you find yourself amid a legal battle, and potentially facing jail time, you want a capable team who will be able to outperform the prosecution and give you the best chance of freedom.
