Rachel Woodard gives excellent advice. She’s a no nonsense attorney and she tells you how it is. I have used Rachel on three different probates and a will. When I call with questions and counsel, I always receive immediate attention. Her staff is equally competent and diligent.

These guys are more effective and more responsive than Gravis. They were also good at managing my expectations. Lawyers are expensive, and of course these guys cost a lot too, but not as much as the other guys. I like having friendly humans readily available upon entering the office, and these guys are good about that. My only problem was that I spent weeks sending things to an outdated email from the website that was no longer checked, and probably slowed my resolution. But that got fixed eventually

We had a REALLY amazing experience working with Ben Volmer! We had a partner leaving our business (amicably), and he helped us navigate all the paperwork required to complete the change. He advised us on ways to protect ourselves (and the departing partner, as well), helping draft verbiage that was clear and concise. He was very prompt with his responses, is clearly full of integrity, and was great to speak with on the phone. We really enjoyed working with Ben, and definitely recommend him!

Wouldn’t return our calls. Said he would let us know and sent us a copy when he sent papers to the other attorney . Never received anything. Instead of going attorney to attorney, he was speaking directly to the person we were having trouble with. In our opinion, we wasted our money and time.
