I have used Seth on 3 different occasions, fighting for the rights to see my grandchildren, and then again suing one of the mothers for Primary custody. Once she received the deposition that she was going to have to fill out and return to the courts, she chose to not even fight it anymore. It’s been two years this May that I have had custody of my grandson. He is the best family attorney I have ever met or seen I would recommend him to anyone, he is worth every dime and then some. . I don’t know any attorneys other than Seth that will email you on a Sunday. Mad respect and love for his team. Teresa your awesome.

I recommend anyone going thru a high conflict custody litigation to Mr. Weinshenker. He is great. Prices are more than reasonable, he will do what he says he’s going to do, he responds always in a timely manner, even on weekends. He is aggressive but in a good way and aggressive where it’s needed in the court room, he is very knowledgeable of the law and tells you exactly how it is.
