Mr. Schimanski is one of the most intelligent people I have met in my life. It was clear to me right away that he has an immense ability to think outside of the box and welcomes the opportunity to push limits and be aggressive. Jim is not afraid to be bold and make waves. I have used his services on several cases, criminal and family with extremely successful results and have recommended him to numerous family and friends. If you are looking for a hardworking, no nonsense attorney who will fight vigorously for your rights Jim Schimanski is your guy!

Not sure if I just caught him during his time of the month but this guy was BEYOND unprofessional. I only had one conversation with him as he ignored my previous emails and phone calls. After I was finally able to track him down during the course of this one conversation, he was rude and uncouth, played deaf & dumb, struggling to answer the most basic of questions. When he ignores your emails and the messages you leave with his secretary, take it as a sign from God to go find a better attorney.

If I could give 0 stars I would. But it seems people before me have worked with this lawyer and are not impressed with the level of customer service. If he could put as much effort in his excuses as he does in his work I'm sure he would be an average lawyer.
