Just a tad over 2 weeks I stopped in Ray price chevy without an appointment to check out a truck that caught my eye earlier in the day while in the area, the salesmen (Troy) was already busy talking to customers but took a brief moment to greet me and get me the keys for the truck. After a few minutes we took it for a spin and Troy made me feel like my business was wanted and appreciated and that I wasn’t just a number. I explained to him my concerns with trade in value and current interest rates and to please respect my time and I would respect his. Within a very short period of time they came back with an awesome trade in value that was ABOVE what I owed on the vehicle and a reasonable interest rate with a new lower monthly payment on a more capable vehicle than I had. Troy even worked till after closing time to finalize paperwork as I said I’d love to take delivery that night. The detail personal I’m fairly certain even stayed past quitting time to get the truck wrapped up. Ray price chevy and Troy did an awesome job earning my business and trust ! I also have to thank Anthony who is a technician for Ray price that handled repairs on my previous vehicle that were above what I could handle, I found a large amount of trust in Anthony and that is also what helped consider Ray price for my vehicle purchase !

My truck battery died last Friday, August 4 at 3:00 pm. It was late in the day when I called Ray Price and spoke to Rich the service manager. He said if I could bring the vehicle in he would replace the battery as soon as I got there. His level of service was great and I really appreciated him squeezing me in like that at the end of the day. FIRST class service !! Thanks Rich Scott O

I have been bringing my car to this service dept for years. I have brought other vehicles here as well. I trust Rick to be completely honest with me. He is friendly and kind. He explains repairs clearly. He doesn't try to upsell me on service that I don't need. He will also let me know when I'm due for a service that I forgot about. If you ever need a vehicle this dealership is the best we have ever dealt with. The sales person, Laura Nicolette is awesome as well as the other sales people who had stopped to make sure we were happy with the experience we received. Laura took the time to explain in detail everything we needed to know about the financing, the warranty, and of course how all the gadgets work in the car. Just an all around friendly dealership. You will not be disappointed. Go Laura!!

Richard from Chevy service is my go to person for professional services. He’s a all around family guy. He makes you feel right at home. Great service and great deals every time. I’ve been getting my cars serviced there since 2017
