I highly recommend Skinner & Associates for any needs you would have. We used them to close on our house. Sheryl Skinner was very professional while engaging. She went through each part of the contract and explained in a way that everyone in the room could understand. When there were questions, she took the time to explain in further detail until all parties understood. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with! I cannot say enough good things about Skinner & Associates and do the experience justice. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.
This attorney is a joke beware of this guy Jim Skinner my Mother and Father got ill and he was very unprofessional trying to foreclose on a rental property they owned. He responded to my relatives review about bankruptcy which doesn't matter that they were quote serial bankruptcy filers he was very sleazy and unprofessional to deal with he has a law liscense and badmouthed us to many people especially the fact he has a law
Jim Skinner is a heartless person my mother and father got sick and the bank he represented against us Raritan bank acted very dishonestly and personally attacked me to my attorney. Don't trust these dishonest people
We used Skinner and Assoc. when my mother sold her home of 65 years. She was, needless to say, very upset having to do this. Skinner & Assoc. were extremely caring and patient when the signing day came. We appreciate the kindness shown to us and our mother.
Felt like they were just after my money and did absolutely nothing for me. This was a little over a year ago. I was screwed over with money on a rent to own contract for things that weren’t disclosed on the contract went to this lawyer and after getting an offer to get part of the money back he told me not to cuz he “knew he could get more out of them” (his words) so I went with what he said and a week later I get a bill in the mail saying I owed the attorney more money. After leaving several messages and never hearing back from the office I gave up and lost all the money. Thanks Rehn!!
