I first retained Gerry Resnick back in 2013 on a discrimination matter. At the time, I had been working with another law firm on this for more than a year and had filed a law suit. But after little progress, and a case that the previous firm had "all over the place", I turned to an internet search and found Resnick. When I spoke with Mr. Resnick, it was clear he understood employment law. He took a mess of a case and got it focused and on track. I also liked his approach during depositions.
