The intake paralegal, Andrea Smith, was unprofessional, condescending and curt. She advised me that that the business I had an concern with was still active with the NC Secretary of the State. I advised her of the spelling several times and that the company had been dissolved. She kept stating that they were active after me advising her several times to look at the files on the website. She then transferred me over to an Attorney named Janet Coleman who then again advised me that this business was active. I had to advise her several times of where to look to see that the company had been dissolved and when a business is dissolved they are not supposed have a "active" license to handle projects over $30,000. If I have to point out the basics for you, then I definitely would not recommend this company to handle my "litigation" needs.
