My husband hired Mr. Hirsh for bankruptcy. He took our case. Said it would take 3 months. It took 17 months. Told us we would be able to keep our house and car. We lost the house, car and business. He never attended any court proceedings. He never sent us copies of court filings or attorney correspondence. I was financial and business manager of my husband's business. I was never interviewed by Mr. Hirsh, not even once. He withdrew as my husband's attorney midway through,, because I complained. Then one week later, he reinstated himself. Bizarre! We paid a lot of money to Mr. Hirsh, but we would have been no worse off, if we had no attorney at all.
