Terrible attorney. Doesn't return emails or phone calls. Tells me on a Friday to appear in person to court on Monday. Then tells me on Sunday it's a zoom meeting. At the zoom, the court clerk asks why we were on the zoom? My case was scheduled for Tuesday. My ex knew about the court date for 3 weeks! Please save your money and use someone else!

What would I have done without Ben Richardson et alii. these last few years? Although I had been considered the “underdog,” Ben showed in court the confidence & honesty of my situation. My outcome was favorable. Ben is a good guy. Period. He is smart, edgy, experienced; his support staff have been w him long-term. Pricing is honest & transparent. I’ve had leftover balance returned, which I wouldn’t have noticed... As an aside, Ben is both family & community oriented. He volunteers in Family Court for children & has a family, himself. He recently appeared on “The Doctors” television; this re a case he represented in Family (divorce) Court with a decisive & successful outcome.

Beware this law firm! He will take all your money and put your case in jeopardy then drop you on your court day!! He’s aggressive to his clients! Do not trust Benton Richardson. I’m sure they will remove this review because he’s corrupted. There is no lie in what I’m saying.

Have had many unwanted experiences with attorneys but with Ben I was thankful for everything he did.
