David Ringer is an unscrupulous attorney representing the State of MS. My experience was approximately 10-11 years ago wherein he fails to or rather does not honor legal documents produced in discovery when it is not to his advantage. Also, he does not care about rightful heirs of an estate or correcting documents or even listening to a client. He has no ethics. I would not recommend him because he is about the money ONLY.

As with the previous review, Chris is correct. I felt more like he was in it for the amount of money he charges than my best interest. Once you send a retainer, it is like he has a blank check to bill you. I agreed to one fee, didn't get what I asked for and was billed twice what he quoted.

Staff can't get information correct on a simple quitclaim deed to save their lives after four tries and four times telling them exactly where the errors in the LEGAL document are. Send documents to the wrong address then call and harass that they need the documents signed, notarized, and returned yesterday. Don't answer concerns about errors in the document (isn't that fraud?). I hope the attorneys in the office are more competent than their staff!

Communication is key to any transaction. Beth and Kim have always called or emailed anytime I needed them immediately!! I love closing at Ringer Law Firm!
