Rita Kostopoulos and Associates is still the WORST decision I've ever made. 59 weeks after my confirmation hearing and still waiting on what they call "a simple plan re modification" to happen due to THEIR mistake and WAY WAY wrong $$numbers$$ that I brought to their attention with Proof too and plenty of time to change beforehand but it's in their favor so I understand how they work now. This place is a complete joke. In fact I have absolutely no idea where we even stand in my case due to THEM and their FAILURE to keep me informed. Very very poor management, extremely disrespectful, they don't return any phone calls along with a high turnover rate of employees to where I couldn't even tell you who's working my case anymore if this 4th person Rachel is even around still. To top it off, Rita herself is threatening to fire me as a client and sue me for "defamation" over the COMPLETE TRUTH I spoke about on my last poor review towards them in week#44. Places of businesses and so called professional attorneys like Rita Kostopoulos should NOT be allowed to practice any form of law nor be able to represent any client in the matter I've been treated. Rita Kostopoulos and associates are full of lies, can't back up their word and are absolutely HORRIBLE at EVERYTHING except taking your money (trust me, their GREAT at that one by having YOUR income ALL TIED UP!) + they get paid well more then what is even discussed and signed upon so don't be fooled by em as I was. I had to rate a 1 star just to leave this but these people don't deserve any form of stars.

Very dissatisfied with quality of service that a client spending tons of money on hiring an attorney would expect. Big mistake. Will never recommend.

They started on my paperwork the same day as my consultation.Willing to work with me and didn't make me pay a large amount of money.They are great and have a creditable name

When i first consulted w/ Rita K's office, I was not sure of the outcome. To make a long story short, I appreciate the services that the Kostopolous office provided for me, they gave me that fresh start, thank you!

The worst with following through! Don't use this office, you will regret it!
