While going through a really difficult situation with my mom, and a recent death in the family, I felt overwhelmed and unable to resolve so many things. My family had zero planning for the future. It was all so sudden, and unexpected. My Dad's passing happened was due to a accident. So there was no warning of this happening. When I became a caregiver and moved in my mom, due to dimentia, I felt overwhelmed. However, a good person who works at Spindler financial, Eric, made a call one day in our meeting. He was able to arrange Scott brogan to travel down to where I reside with my mother and immediately he took on all of our challenges and helped us plan everything to where we are comfortable safe and feeling like everything is going to be okay. That was a huge relief. And did I mention he made this happen in three days time? Since then, he has traveled to my home, my workplace and has been beyond accommodating. I highly recommend!!! His staff are also wonderful!

Mr. Brogan is beyond good-he genuinely cares and had compassion for his clients. He took all of our worries into consideration regarding the needs of our loved one, made time to speak personally with her, and we all came away knowing that we had been heard, taken seriously, and now she is doing so well at the place he recommended. Her issues are taken care of and I am so happy, because she is! This is a professional, exceptionally well-educated and experienced professional who can help when times are tough. He gave his undivided attention, and his vast knowledge of the law and the issues of care. He advovated hard, and I was concerned about something and it was immediately addressed. The office is comfortable, and Mr Brogan is the best lawyer I have ever seen it knew could exist. If you need someone to talk to about your needs and cares, Mr. Brogan is the person who is the man for the job. He is very compassionate, gets all sides and advocates tirelessly. A+++++++
