A while back, I had an accident in San Antonio. Unfortunately, I live in California and dealing with the insurance, approvals, and distance were a real challenge. Almost so much that i was going to accept my injuries as "just life"... A friend of mine suggested I work with Robert so I gave it a flyer - thinking I had nothing to lose... I will spare all the details - only to share he was detailed and thoughtful in his communication. He deployed the right amount of persistent (I am very busy and he graciously prodded me when needed), and ultimately advised me to what I think was a fair and reasonable settlement. He shared the options and potential outcomes and wasn't afraid to tell me what he thought - all along, making me feel like the decisions were mine. I would work with Robert again and would refer him to my friends and family.
