From beginning to end our experience with Robert J. DeBry and Associates (Bryce Kartchner) was professional, supportive, communicative and expedient. We feel he worked hard on our behalf, and kept us apprised as the processes went along. We felt he always had our best interest in mind and worked hard to get us a good settlement. He seemed to have a good rapport with the insurance companies and the providers which really helped in our situation. I would not recommend to anyone. My fiancé hired them when she was in a auto accident not her fault. To summarize our experience, they do not follow up, we had to contact them to get all updates. They failed to notified the medical facilities of our representation, they did not offer to help fix any of the billing mistakes we had to take care of that ourselves. After a year and a half we fired them and went to a different law firm.
