They do not handle the type of case I have. Matter of fact I haven't found an atty or law office that does.
I called and Robert reviewed the main details of my case over the phone. (I've had difficulty reaching other attorney's for a consultation. Answering the call gave a positive impression to begin with.) My potential wrongful termination case had a number of major considerations, so I was concerned I would not be able to present them. He patiently listened and asked questions. I appreciated his honest, patient appraisal of my case.
Contacted him for an Overtime Case spring of 2017. Robert took it upon contingency. We gave him ALL of the details. He told us that we were good. And that the Defendants case was "Squishy". ( His words: Squishy) 4 months had passed by, after trying to contact Mr. Abell ALOT with NO correspendance back from him, just to finally receive a letter from him in the mail saying "He can't represent me now". Just because you Don't have money to pay a lawyer, does NOT mean you're wrong. Any lawyer whom does not maintain an open line of Communication, I would NOT recommend. Communication is Key. Thank you
I actually think a bunch of people who work in Lexington Kentucky, may have access to my phone number and my social media and or emails. I know employment is rough out here when it comes to dangerous people. I don't think this laywer is unethical, I think I tried to call and got a recording from someone I know personally, it feels like harrasing communications to me though, so in 2020 is someone could get this law firm to contact me back in an ethical manner because I'm asking, we will figure out the truth and I can provide 5 star rating. I was never able to get a call back from the laywer for some reason.
Never returned call.
