Poor communication. Worked with them for 4 years on a case and as time went by they never gave updates, I always had spend several hours trying to contact them. Rodrigo would request documents which I would promptly send and it would take up to a month to get a response. I requested that someone else work on my case and that never happened . They did however change lawyers without my knowledge at least 3 times. I paid promptly for their time and feel like they got paid so they didn’t care how long or how inefficient they were.

I set up an appointment with Ahlgren's office, and was attended by an associate. After that appointment, I supposedly became and was considered a client of their Firm. Later on, as a follow up of my case, I requested to be received by Mr. Ahlgren himself (as I had expected in my first appointment), and discuss my case with him. In the beginning, he treated me in a correct manner, but far from answering my questions (about a not so complicated immigration process), he became very negative, almost telling me that there was no possibility to get a waiver and change of status (I was then under a visa). The case looked desperate from what he said. I was naturally very surprised by this news and became very distressed. Before leaving his office I wanted to recapitulate all we had talked about, to have my ideas organized, and he told me in a very rude way that he would only tell me once again, and opened the door, as inviting me to leave, and telling me where I should make the payment. He also told me he would keep contact and follow up my case, and call me. He never contacted me. Of course, after that experience I looked for second opinions and started the process on my own, with very positive results.

This Law firm helped me with the process of my residency and then with my citizenship. thanks GOD on January 12, 2022 I had my citizenship ceremony. Thanks to this Law firm and all the work of Felipe Urquiza did to help me with all my process. I really recommend this Law Firm for all your needs.

I love Felipe!! He is very patient,prompt, and professional. My husband is going through an immigration case that has me a nervous wreck but with Felipe’s honesty and being so upfront about everything he just makes you feel relaxed about it all. I hope if anyone has a case and sees this review you ask if he van do your case because I promise you you will be in good hands!! He will call back or answer emails fast he is never Rude about how many times you call a day. He is in this business for the right reason and that is to help others with their status or whatever the case may be.
