We are very dissatisfied with our service from Robert W Howard. We used his services for a revocable trust. He put the wrong address for the location for our home on the General Warrenty Deed. As a result, we lost our rebate as residents and the county classified our present home that we have been living in for 7 years as a second home at an additional cost of approximately $15,000. Straightening this out has taken us 6 months and countless hours at the county offices.The most disturbing part was that he responded to our email that he had fixed the error on the address, but never offered to help resolved the outstanding issues.We never received a phone call or an apology for the for his error.

Mr Robert W. Howard is professional attorney with a large amount of knowledge, who advised us on a variety of issues that interested us, helped us with the preparation of the necessary documents. Mr Howard is not only a professional , but also a wonderful person. I highly recommend him. Great people work in his office.

Mr. Howard has been able to give me the personal service I require. He seems to know a lot of the ins and outs of our island which I’ve come to expect. Marinda, his assistant, is always pleasant to and helpful as well. 5 stars.
