RMWBH falsifies hours for work done for HOA's and is very unresponsive , I would highly recommend steering away from them if you do not want to be overbilled. If you feel they have falsified hours or engaged in unscrupulous business practices it's recommended that you file a complaint with the Texas Bar Association where you will be heard. Complaints are taken seriously and RMWBH is REQUIRED to answer them so do not let them silence you. EDIT: Not an adverse party but a client, avoid this firm if you do not want to be ripped off. File a Better Business Bureau complaint as well.

I have never in my life been more disrespected and more talked down to than by this unprofessional and rude woman Sonia. She has absolutely no manners and was combative the second I started asking questions about my bill. I just wanted simple answers as to what I was paying for I was not being difficult whatsoever. I can’t even begin to describe how offended I am by how she has interacted with me. She treated me like I was less than. I don’t know what is going on in her life that she feels the need to treat people poorly but I wouldn’t recommend her services to my worst enemy.

I would rate them 0 stars if that was an option. They don't respond for days and don't address my questions. They are typical railroading swindlers for homeowner associations not addressing who they are trying to prosecute and steal property. I want the email addresses of the real swindlers Roberts Markel Weinberg and Butler to send them the 27+ email correspondences that won't address my simple question. Why aren't you addressing I have already paid you $400.

Be careful with this Law Firm don’t ever hire them their attorneys Practice a very bad Law I been calling them since last week for I can pay my assessments fees that’s from 2018 & 2019 from the HOA they never returned my call back so I try again today to request my total amount due well what was my surprise that this person name Kevon send me the amount due of $3363.31 and adding the HOA fee for 2020 which I don’t understand why if I already sent a check of the HOA fees for 2020 for the amount of $196 and is due by the end of This month I even call the HOA on November 3,2019 requesting the documents where it shows all the fees of 2018 & 2019 including the attorneys fees so I received the docs. On November 17,2019 for the amount of $1084.84 plus on September 30, 2019 I received a Demand letter from this Law Firm saying that the amount due it was $1084.84 whenever I asked Kevon why now is $3363.31 he said because they file a Lawsuit without me receiving any notification this is not the first time this Law Firm do this they are good on stealing people money I been asking him that I need him to provide me proofs of all this charges he just said that from September 30, 2019 to now went up over $2k in charges I been requesting what is the court number for I can go and speak with the Honorable Judge and get a hearing this attorneys are a rip off please don’t even hire this Law Firm they are very unprofessional in practicing Law unless if you want them to do Fraud they’re specialized on that but with me it won’t happen any more I will our stop on them

I worked for the firm for almost two years and there is one thing I walked away with and for that I am forever grateful. CONFIDENCE! Sherwin, Sipra, Brady & Paul were always happy with my performance and would always go out of there way to let me know that. Thank y’all!!
